COVID Safe Conference Guidelines

The Conference Hosts and Conference Manager will closely follow Government recommendations to deliver a COVID Safe conference. Your assistance in complying with all Government imposed mandates is much appreciated.

In addition to state and territory requirements, we have put in place the following guidelines to ensure attendee health and safety, especially the health of those delegates who come from vulnerable communities or have experienced immuno-compromising illnesses during the past few years. We ask that attendees observe good hygiene and physical distancing at the event, where possible. We also strongly encourage people wear masks during the conference to protect our colleagues and their family members who are at increased risk from COVID-19. Your support for these measures is essential to keep this event COVID Safe.

If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend the conference. Please email the Conference Manager at least 24 hours prior to the conference if you are unable to attend due to illness. If Government restrictions impact your ability to attend, the Conference Manager will be in touch to discuss your registration. The conference subcommittee is not currently considering live streaming the event owing to the considerable costs involved. We strongly recommend that conference delegates consider travel insurance in the case that they are not able to travel due to COVID-19.

Conference Scheduling
At any time prior to the Conference, times of advertised events, sessions and speakers may change without notice. The organisers reserve all rights to cancel or postpone the Conference or to change the venue, speaker presentation times, and dates of various events without prior notice.
